Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and soy sauce. Mix well.

In a large casserole dish, combine the cooked rice and beef mixture. Mix well.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
