Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 1 cup Bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and chicken, stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.

3. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.

4. Add the vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.

5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.

6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
