Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.

Add rice, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 20 minutes.

Add frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Fluff rice with a fork and serve hot.
