Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning gluten-free
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Crushed Tortilla Chips gluten-free
- 1 cup Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn Kernels drained
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes drained
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well to combine.

In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and half of the shredded cheese.

Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of shredded cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
