Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some green peas or corn for extra veggies.
