Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill Any moker will do.
  • 1 9×13 baking Dish
  • 1 Large Pot
  • 1 Collander
  • 1 Cookie Sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Lasagna
  • 48 Oz Red Sauce
  • 15 Oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your smoker to 250F or 121C.
  • Cook your lasagna noodles according to the package directions. When cooked drain and coat with olive oil and place on a cookie sheet.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour 1 cup of sauce on the bottom and cover it with 5 cooked sheets of lasagna, ½ cup of ricotta, shredded mozzarella,  and 2 tablespoon of Parmigiano cheese.
  • Repeat for 2 more layers. On the top layer add the remaining sauce but reserve the leftover cheese.
  • Smoke uncovered for 30 Minutes to 1 hour.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmigiano cheese and cover with foil.
  • Up the temp to 350F or 176C and cook for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and top with the remaining cheese. Cook uncovered for an additional 15-25 minutes or until the cheese is all melted and bubbly. Watch out for burning.
