Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 20 pieces lumpia wrappers
- 2 cups cooking oil for frying
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place a tablespoon of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground pork with tofu or vegetables.
