Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Scallops large
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
Instructions:

Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.

Season the scallops with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the scallops in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes:
Make sure the skillet is hot before adding the scallops to get a nice sear.
