Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
- 2 Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Apple Cider
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 cups Carrots chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes chopped
Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.

4. Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly.

5. Gradually add beef broth and apple cider, stirring to combine.

6. Return beef to the pot. Add carrots, potatoes, apples, salt, and pepper.

7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!
