- 2 lbs beef shank
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Season beef shank with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
