Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar together. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Fold in the cooked noodles and raisins (if using).

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
