Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Lamb shoulder, cubed
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Carrots, sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides.

3. Remove the lamb and set aside.

4. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.

5. Add the carrots and potatoes, and cook for another 5 minutes.

6. Return the lamb to the pot, add the beef broth, and bring to a boil.

7. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.

8. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes.

9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
