This creamy sriracha coleslaw is a crowd pleaser and you will want it year round. Nothing better than a deliciously simple recipe.

I’ve always been a huge fan of coleslaw and I like it creamy and sweet. Dry and bitter is a no go for me. A couple of weeks ago I went to a restaurant by my house and ordered a side of coleslaw. That coleslaw was life-changing. It was sweet and spicy. If you know me, you know I love spicy foods and sauces. Automatically, I asked the server what was in the coleslaw ( Yes, I’m annoying) and she said “it’s a sriracha based coleslaw“. Ok, say no more.
I went home and instantly recreated this delicious sriracha coleslaw. I wish I would’ve shared this recipe months ago but it’s okay because I suggest making it year round anyway. This goes great with roasted chicken, pulled pork sandwiches, fried chicken, wings, fried fish sandwiches, roasted turkey, etc.
Don’t get me started on fried chicken sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, and hot dogs. I love this sriracha coleslaw on all of those. So good.
