Meringue nests are a classic dessert that can be jazzed up for the Easter season with the addition of Cadbury Mini Eggs. These light, airy, sweet treats will become a new family favourite, and best of all, they’re super easy to make if you use store-bought meringues!

Make your own mini meringues from scratch if you prefer (whipping egg whites and caster sugar to stiff peaks), but you can get really good quality (crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside) meringues these days, perfect for busy people like me! It also means you don’t have to get that piping bag out!
