Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Radishes thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced radishes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.

2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.

3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

4. Toss everything together until well combined.

5. Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
Notes:
Best served fresh. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
