Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions:

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.

2. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

4. Return the beef to the pot. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Stir well.

5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours.

6. Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Cook for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

7. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or peas.
