Ingredients:
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- granulated sugar
- heavy whipping cream
- milk of your choice

How to make Whipped Hot Chocolate?
- Start by pouring cream, sugar and cocoa into a mixing bowl.
- Whip with a hand mixer or a wire whisk until fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Heat up milk and pour into glasses.
- Top with whipped cocoa mixture.
- Serve immediately.

Can I make it ahead of time?
You can whip the cream and store it in the fridge for a few hours before serving. No longer, since it can separate and you will have liquid on the bottom of the container.
Can I make it without heavy cream?
You can use evaporated milk in place of heavy cream. For a vegan option, use aquafaba (the chickpeas liquid). Coconut milk may be an option, but I have not tested this recipe with it.
Best tips:
- You need cold heavy whipping cream for the best results.
- Use an electric hand mixer for ease.
- If using a hot chocolate mix, skip the sugar since the mix is already sweetened.
