Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 6 cups Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 cup Vegan Sour Cream
- 1 cup Vegan Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 1 cup Corn Flakes crushed
- 1/4 cup Vegan Butter melted
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, vegan sour cream, vegan cream of chicken soup, vegan cheddar cheese, and diced onion. Mix well.

Season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

In a small bowl, mix the crushed corn flakes with the melted vegan butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
