Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 5 lb Pork shoulder (Boston butt)
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Instructions:

1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.

4. Place the pork shoulder in the smoker and cook for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

5. Remove the pork from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.

6. Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can spritz the pork with apple juice every hour while it smokes.
