Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 500 g Welk cleaned
- 500 g Periwinkle cleaned
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 400 g Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 cup Fish Stock
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Pour in the white wine and fish stock, and bring to a simmer.

Add the cleaned welk and periwinkle, and season with salt and black pepper.

Cover the pot and let it cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Make sure to clean the welk and periwinkle thoroughly before cooking.
