Ingredients:

- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the flour and stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.

Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the cheese sauce over your prepared ingredients in a baking dish.
