Ingredients:

- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 can Pineapple chunks drained
- 2 cups Cooked ham diced
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, diced ham, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
