Ingredients:

- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Stuff the tomatoes with the bread crumb mixture and place them in a baking dish.
