Ingredients:

- 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cooked potatoes and crumbled bacon to the bowl, and mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
