Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Bratwurst
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.

Add chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the cabbage and onion mixture to a baking dish. Place bratwurst on top.

Season with salt and black pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until bratwurst is fully cooked and cabbage is tender.
