Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- for frying Oil
Instructions:

Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.

Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.

Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
