Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kimchi chopped
- 1 pound Pork belly sliced
- 1 block Tofu cubed
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
Instructions:

1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.

2. Add the kimchi and cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir well.

5. Add the tofu and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.

6. Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes:
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
