Ingredients:

- 1 lb okra, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced okra, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
