Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.

Add the bread cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.

Place half of the bread cubes in a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the bread.

Layer the remaining bread cubes on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes:
Great as a side dish for pasta or soup.
