- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions for topping
Instructions:
