Ingredients:

- 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions:

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.

Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.

Add the onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.

Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
