Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Brewed coffee strong
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons Water cold
Instructions:

1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and let it bloom for a few minutes.

2. Heat brewed coffee and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.

3. Add bloomed gelatin to the coffee mixture and stir until completely dissolved.

4. Pour the mixture into a bowl or mold and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.

5. Cut into cubes and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk if desired.
Notes:
For a stronger flavor, use espresso instead of regular brewed coffee.
