Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
