Ingredients:

- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked wild rice, mushrooms, vegetable broth, milk, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
