  8. Pour batter into prepared pans. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over top.
  9. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan; remove and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  11. Serve as is or smeared with butter.

Let bread cool completely. Store in an airtight container or a zip-lock bag at room temperature. To freeze, wrap the loaves in aluminum foil, and then place in an airtight zip-lock bag. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months. To thaw, remove from the freezer, and thaw in the fridge or at room temperature.
