Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 Onions chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 400 g Tomatoes canned, diced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Oregano dried
- 1 tsp Thyme dried
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until softened.

3. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.

4. Stir in canned tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, and thyme.

5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes.

6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
