Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles (such as udon, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Cook the Noodles:
    • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Steak:
    • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Cook the Shrimp:
    • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Stir-fry the Vegetables:
    • Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Combine Ingredients:
    • Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over everything. Toss to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
