Easy Breakfast Idea: Mini Freezer Bagels

Well, after waking up at 9 am since Shane was born, we have officially become morning people. Shane has to be at school at 9 am now, so we’re usually up somewhere between 7 & 8am getting ready. There’s so much to do in the morning {and kids are SO SLOW in the morning, am I right?!} that the last thing I want to do is cook breakfast.

Need a homemade breakfast idea that you can make ahead and grab and go? This Easy Bagel Sandwich recipe is made with delicious toppings and can be frozen for on-the-go snacks or meals anytime!

However, unlike my kids, I don’t want to just have a frozen waffle all day, every day. I need something that I can make ahead that doesn’t get soggy {looking at you, cereal & oatmeal} and that will actually fill me up. These mini freezer bagels are the perfect easy breakfast idea for busy mornings!

You can make a whole batch of them ahead of time and they freeze beautifully. Then when you’re ready to make them, they’re so easy! Now you can have a hot, protein-packed breakfast any day of the week.
