Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
