Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 500 g Spinach
- 200 g Mustard Greens
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
Instructions:

1. Heat ghee in a large pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

2. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.

3. Add spinach and mustard greens. Cook until wilted.

4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

5. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

6. Return the blended mixture to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.

7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
