Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 4 cups zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp dried basil
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cups bread cubes
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté zucchini, onion, and garlic until tender.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.

Add bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, and cheeses to the bowl. Mix well.

Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
