Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes drained
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.

Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a baking dish, layer shredded cabbage, beef mixture, and cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with sour cream on top.
