Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 6 slices Bread, cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt, and dry mustard. Mix well.

Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, and cooked sausage. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set.
Notes:
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving to make it easier to cut.
