Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
- 4 Carrots sliced
- 4 Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Thyme dried
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:

1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.

3. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.

4. Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes.

5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
