Ingredients:

- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken cooked
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, orange juice, shredded chicken, and half of the shredded cheese.

Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, you can replace the chicken with tofu or more vegetables.
